Humanitas Afrika currently seeks employees for an African Café/Restaurant. It’s an on-the-job training position for the period of six months. After the end of this period, you will have acquired the skills and experience needed to get a job on the Czech job market. Previous experience not required, however, we prefer applicants who intend to work in the catering industry in the Czech Republic.

Big Jambo from all the HHFL kids in Lenana, Kenya

High School Graduates from our partner project in Nairobi have recently sent us the following message. Hope you'll enjoy reading the news.

"To all the Humanitas Afrika staff who help us: receive a big Jambo from all the HHFL kids. We think about what you do and what you mean to our well being a lot. We want to take this opportunity to thank you very specially for all you the caring and hard works you do on behalf of the HHFL kids. May God bless you and your families abundantly during this Christmas holiday.  You are always in our prayers.

December is that time of year to pause and reflect. At Humanitas Afrika, we look back to the goals we set ourselves at the beginning of 2012, we reminisce the achievements that stood us tall, we recall the challenges we had to overcome, we remember the hurdles we could not cross and we recollect the criticisms that made us rethink. Above all, we hold dear all those who stood by us and gave us hope, encouragement and support, morally or materially.
